Re: Church test post
On November 1st, All Souls Day, Owen Staton, a local storyteller entertained his audience at Llangiwg with a collection of local "spooky stories".The atmosphere was conducive to the telling of these tales as the building was lit be candlelight only and beautifully decorated with green foliage and white candles. In the interval the audience were warmed by hot soup and rolls. The Friends were delighted with the positive comments they received on the success of the evening and showed their appreciation to the story teller by presenting him with a copy of the recently published book on Llangiwg by Gerald O.James, "In the Footsteps of Saints and Sinners"
